Temporary Processing

Your images are processed in memory and temporary files. All data is automatically deleted after conversion completion.

  • Automatic Cleanup: Temporary files are deleted immediately after processing
  • Secure Transmission: All uploads use HTTPS encryption
  • File Validation: Uploaded files are validated for type and size limits
  • Resource Limits: Processing limits prevent system abuse

4. Data Retention

Image Files: Immediate Deletion

Your uploaded images and converted files are deleted immediately after the conversion process completes or if an error occurs.

Technical Logs: 30 Days

Server logs containing IP addresses and technical information are retained for 30 days for security and performance monitoring, then automatically deleted.

Google Analytics Data: 26 Months

Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 26 months (configurable), after which it is automatically deleted. This data is anonymized and used solely for understanding site usage patterns.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, or disclose your images or personal information to third parties.

Limited Exceptions

We may disclose information only when:

  • Required by law or legal process
  • Necessary to protect our rights or prevent fraud
